Critics, including former aides, mention moments of confusion, memory lapses, and impulsive decisions as signs of worsening mental fitness, while others believe his behavior reflects long-standing narcissistic tendencies.
Fugitive Benjamin Netanyahu who may be the leader of Trump’s narcissistic hatred and murder spree, has, with Trump, put the world on the verge of World War III; brought the human race to the brink of a world wide recession; and if it is true that we all live within six degrees of separation, the two men have killed or injured someone each and every one of us cares deeply about.

The RINJ Foundation is seeking partners to join this effort; or become leading flag bearers to take carriage of the file to the Secretary General of the United Nations and the UN General Assembly to immediately cause a set of institutional structures and mechanisms to try the recent perpetrators of genocide. That could be the International Criminal Court which needs the protection and a more robust mandate of the UN General Assembly because Israel and the USA have used their sinister and illegal “Secret Services” to illegally attack the Judges of the Court and its prosecutors one after another. This is capable of proof.
United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres has characterized the ongoing conflict in the Middle East as having escalated beyond manageable parameters, issuing an urgent appeal for the cessation of hostilities across Lebanon, Gaza, and in relation to Iran. He cautioned that the region is on the precipice of a broad-scale conflagration with potentially devastating economic repercussions, explicitly criticizing Israeli military operations in Lebanon for undermining the prospects of a U.S.-brokered ceasefire with Iran.
Mr. Guterres, the dearest humanitarian we know of, seems to be beholding to the United States at times and we wonder what kind of duress he is under. We watch the attacks on Judges and others of the International Criminal Court and suspect trouble is more than what is known.
NATO’s Mark Rutte admits for him his sycophantic pro-Trump stance is about money. Mr. Rutte, has reached an extraordinary level of even endorsing America’s illegal attacks on Iran under the pretext that some of Iran’s leaders favour the concept of acquiring nuclear weapons as a form of deterrence to its long history of brutal sanctions, military strikes on Iranian people and persistent bullying. It’s beyond crazy that the world let’s this happen.
No mechanisms exist for dealing with the current failure of the rule of law. We believe in the Rome-Statute and the thoughtfulness that created that set of rules. We commend its members but insist that there should be no choice on membership. International law must apply to everyone. Billionaires may not be excluded from accountability for genocide nor can the man or woman be excluded from accountability owing to having the biggest weapons.
A person may not in any country claim impunity such that they are above the local laws. That should be true in an international context.
The International Criminal Court needs to be raised above its current level of effectiveness. It must be funded and supported to enforce a globally agreed set of international laws. The Rome-Statute is a good start. Maybe that’s the sum of international law for now? The General Assembly should decide that with a strong insistence of what comprises a majority vote in this matter within the UNGA.
The Nuremberg Trials took place to bring war criminals to justice and document the scale of atrocities committed. Today the problem is created by the anti-Islam Zionist movement. The 2026 Hague trials must do the modern equivalent of the Nuremburg trials.
The Middle East Genocide trials
The Middle East Genocide trials must establish individual criminal liability under international law, ensuring that senior military, political, and industrial leaders are held accountable for initiating aggressive warfare, perpetrating war crimes, and persecuting civilian populations through the use of munitions, weaponry, and their U.S.-held private digital data.
The RINJ Foundation Board of Directors count on China, France, Britain and Germany to form a leadership to make changes happen with the help of Indonesia, South Africa, Canada, Pakistan and India and the scores of nations which may come forward to play a role.
The goal must be to create a new framework where individuals, rather than just states, could be prosecuted for violations of international law, marking the “true beginning of international criminal law and justice.”

The International Criminal Court is a good beginning but it needs funding and a more robust mandate to enforce the Rome-Statute
The International Criminal Court may need structural reform to enhance its institutional authority, as its current efficacy—while aligned with foundational legal and ethical principles—is constrained by procedural and bureaucratic limitations inherent since its establishment. Participation in the Court must not be contingent upon state membership, and its operational capacity must not be impeded by institutional design flaws.
That must be amended by the General Assembly of Nations. It’s time to put our trust in the ICC and give it the mandate. Otherwise there is no rule of law.
We find that there is irrefutable evidence of crimes against humanity in the mass burial grounds of Gaza, thereby exposing the reality of the Holocaust and the brutality of the war to the world and the German public.
We see the accused as being among the United States leadership, among Hamas leadership and within the leadership of Israel.
