“The Israelis have become far more bloody and vulgar than the Islamic State we encountered in Aleppo, Ar Raqqah. Deir ez-Zor, Sinjar, Tal Afar, Mosul, and in Africa and the Philippines. Murdering Palestinian children and beheading Palestinians is the behaviour of sick savages,” Dr. Nassima al Amouri commented in an aside as she greeted and hugged every single humanitarian health worker extracted from Gaza Strip who had been evacuated with scores of each of their patients and their patients’ families.
An article by Dr. Behar Abbasi, Rosa Yamamoto, and Melissa Hemingway who participated in the evacuation of A’isha and her team of humanitarian health workers plus civilian evacuees from Gaza Strip through the weeks of April and May 2026.
In what should only be described as a miracle, The RINJ Foundation has evacuated scores of families from the Gaza Genocide with the help of numerous partners, the Board of Directors announced in a solemn memo concluding many months of arduous planning; route traveling; and logistics management.
“The civilians of Gaza who were evacuated in our past three weeks of silence imposed by our Board of Directors are patient families of over a decade, some of them children delivered by Dr. B and her team years ago,” noted global executive director of the RINJ Foundation, Katie Alsop.
“Sorry I choke up when I remember how Dr. B and many colleagues were bombed and killed in north Gaza. These dear souls who traveled this long, exciting and dangerous journey are lovely families who do not abandon Gaza, they leave because their families’ danger level was morbidly unmanageable,” advanced Ms. Alsop.
“Our Syrian partners are embracing the evacuee families, most of whom have relatives welcoming them into this beautiful and emerging democracy of Syria. I am telling you, this is the beauty of the Islamic family, showing its caring heart, soul and love.
“Our Iranian partners are going out of their way with our global partners and The RINJ Foundation to provide housing and a hearty welcome,” Ms. Alsop continued.

Partners assisted with many parts of the operation without knowing all the parts.
“I must add that our Pakistani partners are in our eyes true humanitarian heroes for the assistance they delivered these people who are for all of us, our brothers and sisters. The evacuees are very tired but in truth, they are now in a loving, caring new homeland where they are free to observe their religion and finally live in peace among friends despite the bloodiness of the sick Israelis and Americans who are killing Muslims around the entire region in a massive genocide. The evacuees from Gaza who reached Iran are Shia Muslims part of a notable minority group in Gaza and Palestine in general. Most Shia Muslims in Palestine practice their faith privately although some 11% openly declare their faith, in Palestine,” noted Katie Alsop.
“Dr. B and her family are from Aleppo, Syria originally. Her family is part of the Alawites Shia community and Buni’s knowledge of the culture drew to herself over twelve years many of the Shia Sect in Gaza, which is a significant bond. Dr. B traveled from her bases in Syria regularly to visit her clinic in north Gaza which was bombed to oblivion on 7 March 2024, killing her and her four close practitioners and associates plus infants and mothers—they were a family of living saints in heaven now with the 12 infants and mothers killed that day during the twice annual mass vaccination day,” continued Katie Alsop.
Several buses were operating in Lebanon, which ended up confusing the drones. In the situation described, one bus had to be abandoned, and the passengers were hidden until a replacement vehicle arrived. The last occupants are now setting off in a small group to cover a short but high-risk distance. Thankfully, the bus’s location remains concealed. Although it’s not immediately apparent, the guards are heavily armed and ready to protect the precious cargo. The groups were headed to different destinations. During the months of planning, evacuees received help reaching out to their families and arranging plans for their arrivals at each location.
“On our route through Syria,” noted nurse A’isha, who led the women’s health humanitarian team in Gaza for three years, under Dr. Abbasi’s tutelage, “we stopped in Id Lib to meet with our Middle East Medical Director Dr. Nassima al Amouri. We left in her temporary care those of the evacuees with us who would join the larger group of Sunni evacuees that went ahead of us and will stay in Syria with family and build a new life in the new Syria. That was their wish and we made those arrangements since February. We have been doing this regional travel since 2012 and know what we are doing and we have many friends and supporters, even partners along our various routes which we will never reveal,” said A’isha as the tired group laughed.

The team has a few more stories as the U.S. and Israel threaten to kill everyone in Iran.
“Women everywhere must keep fighting against the Netanyahu and Trump administrations if global powers lack the courage,” said a frustrated Dr. Abbasi. “But if the world is going to ignore the genocide in Palestine, they won’t care much about Donald Trump’s futile attempt to wreak havoc by targeting the Persian Gulf. This is what happens when you elect a psychopath who treats the U.S. military as a toy for blood, destruction, and genocide.” the good doctor said in a calm voice.

“Meanwhile for us, we must execute our plan we announced last year and talked about through January and February to get the people out of what is now the Gaza Genocide Burial Grounds.” said Dr. Abbasi. “I hear the arguments about not letting Israel and America win. I don’t care one iota about the politics, I care about saving those human lives— the sweet darling little children, the babies, their devoted moms.
“Gaza is in chaos. People in Gaza strip are so stressed they are finding it difficult to grasp new concepts and models. There will be no two-state solution. The Gaza you knew died—don’t die with it,” Katie Alsop, the global executive director of The RINJ Foundation told staff and members of the public who attended a free lunch at an undisclosed gathering point in Gaza on 17 February 2026.
“غزة في حالة فوضى عارمة، ويجد الناس صعوبة في استيعاب المفاهيم والنماذج الجديدة. لن يكون هناك حل الدولتين، وغزة ستموت – لا تموتوا معها”، هكذا قال المدير التنفيذي العالمي لمؤسسة RINJ للعاملين في المؤسسة وعامة الناس الذين حضروا غداءً مجانياً في نقطة تجمع في غزة لن يتم الكشف عنها.
“Our goal is to tap into the education and talents of the people of Gaza, empowering them to help build a brighter future in new homelands in the global south. We need to move forward on this project as fast as possible,” said Ms. Alsop.
“هدفنا هو الاستفادة من تعليم ومواهب سكان غزة، وتمكينهم من المساهمة في بناء مستقبل أفضل في أوطان جديدة. نحتاج إلى المضي قدماً في هذا المشروع بأسرع ما يمكن”، هذا ما قالته السيدة ألسوب.
“Our estimates of over 300,000 dead in Gaza, most buried under the hundreds of American-bunker-buster-bombed, now-powdered, residential buildings, still stands. Hamas doesn’t want to include this data because it is valid proof of Hamas’ monstrous screw-up and evidence of a Gaza Genocide to which Hamas has complicity.
“Our estimate of the current population of Gaza is 1.55 million and that may be high. There were many ships ready for evacuations in the middle of October 2023,” said Katie Alsop but that did not happen. Now, Gaza is a burial grounds for a dying race of humans. We must all face the music. We all let this genocide happen, 8 .2 billion of us did nothing to stop it.”

Strategic Labor Shortages in the Global South Gaza can fill
“GSTA is open to all nations however we have prioritized those with clearly defined requirements we believe can be fulfilled in part or fully, starting with the first ten thousand candidates,” noted Ms. Alsop as she explained the GSTA.
Russia: 2.6M – 11M shortage: Construction, Logistics, Manufacturing, Healthcare Industrial Stabilization: Severe labour crunch in heavy industry and construction is hitting production targets. Transitioning 1.55M survivors into these sectors provides immediate relief.
China: 12.7M graduate gap High-End Manufacturing, AI/Tech, Renewable Energy Structural Rebalancing: While youth unemployment is high, there is a severe shortage of qualified technicians and engineers for the “green” and “high-tech” transitions.
Brazil: 530,000+ shortage Technology, Engineering, Construction, Agriculture Growth Acceleration: Record low unemployment (5.2%) has created a “heated” market where 69% of companies struggle to hire. Gazan civil engineers and agronomists are “plug-and-play” assets.
Ghana: 6.1M healthcare gap (projected) Frontline Triage, Midwifery, Rural Health Outreach “Big Push” Infrastructure: Ghana’s 2026 goal to create 800k jobs requires a massive influx of healthcare support to stabilize the workforce in new industrial zones.
Ethiopia: Critical medical vacancy Trauma Nursing, Neonatal Care, Vaccination Logistics Regional Stability: Utilizing the RINJ-trained “mountain bike & solar” model to reach under-served populations without new, expensive infrastructure.
The GSTA proposal
RINJ Women propose a strategic investment in human capital, not charity for Gaza. “By providing 2,200 families (10,000 persons) in the pilot stage of the relocation project, with a ‘job, a home, and a salary,’ we ensure they build their new home districts as strategic assets of their new homelands,” explains Dr. Behar Abbasi, director for the Middle East region for The RINJ Foundation.
The proposal analyzes the Board of Peace initiative, arguing that its administrative actions in Gaza and Area C contravene UN Security Council Resolution 2334 and Article 49 of the Fourth Geneva Convention. It highlights the perspective of Dr. Nassima al Amouri, Senior Medical Director for The RINJ Foundation, on the situation in Gaza. You can read the full article on the RINJ Women USA site.
